Here is a modern – my version – of the “Pater Noster” Prayer. It helped me a lot and you might find it also helpful for your life.

Dear Creation, you are whole and holy.

Your kingdom is all that is and all that is is your kingdom.

You supply us with everything that we need and take us into your arms as we are.
As we should accept and welcome every other soul into our arms.

Help us avoid our temptations and help us to become conscious of them.

You are existence and there is nothing besides existence and every power lies within it for all time.

By your kindness we are a small shard of you but same in quality.

So be it.
